Terms of use.
Effective October 28, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Presscrate LLC website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Website information
The site describes publishing, printed press, and distribution work that may be discussed with Presscrate. Information is general and may change. Articles provide editorial guidance and do not replace project-specific production instructions, contractual advice, or a channel’s current requirements.
Inquiries and project agreements
Sending a form, email, manuscript summary, or other inquiry does not create a publishing, production, distribution, agency, or confidential relationship. An inquiry is not an acceptance of a manuscript, an order, or a commitment to retail placement. Scope, fees, rights, approvals, schedules, and other project terms require a separate written agreement.
Material you submit
Only share material you have the right to share. Begin with a summary and request an agreed method before sending confidential or unpublished files. You retain your rights in material you submit. By sending an inquiry, you permit us to review the information and respond for the purpose of discussing your request.
Our content and illustrative images
Website text, branding, and design are owned by Presscrate LLC or used with permission. You may link to public pages and use the site for its intended purpose. Reproduction or commercial reuse of the site’s content requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law. Images labeled as concept editions are illustrative and do not represent an existing Presscrate catalog or customer project.
Appropriate use
Do not use the website to send spam, harmful code, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass security measures, or misuse the inquiry form.
Third-party services
The website links to independent sources and uses third-party services such as maps. Their availability and content are outside our control. A reference is not a representation of a business partnership.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every general description will fit your project. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
